What is a Street Team?
Street teams are groups of fans working together to increase a band or artists’ presence
within a local community and on the Internet. Official street teams are run by an artists
Record Label or authorized street team company, and put you, the fan, in direct contact
with the label and the artist themselves. You will be at the source for the latest official
music, videos, pictures, breaking news and so much more!

Why should I join a Street Team?
By joining a street team, you will be working to help your favorite bands and artists by
spreading the word about them and promoting their music in your local community.

What do I get if I join a Street Team?
In exchange for your efforts, you will be eligible to receive FREE promotional items
(stickers, tattoos, magnets, buttons, etc), advance music, limited edition pieces,
exclusive photos, autographed materials, other fan merchandise and sometimes
even concert tickets or backstage passes which include personal interaction with
the artist or band.

Does it cost anything to join a Street Team?
NO! It’s absolutely FREE!

What do I have to do as a team member?
Just do the things that a fan does naturally! Simply show your love for the band or artist
by requesting songs at radio, requesting music videos, posting flyers at local hangouts,
posting on message boards or in chat rooms, and sending emails to spread the word about
stuff like new albums, new singles, new videos, breaking news and tour dates.

How do I know what to do?
Once you’ve registered, you’ll be eligible to access the “Missions” section of the website,
and be able to request promotional materials to hand out in your local community.
The “Missions” section is designed to give specific directions on how to use the tools
we’re providing and get the job done. Once you’ve accomplished your mission, we’ll
occasionally ask that you report back to tell us how things went. You’ll also receive
occasional emails with the latest news about the band or artist to spread around as well.
